THOMAS W. GALLAGHER, born in Chicago and graduated from Brother Rice High School. He received his B.S. degree in Economics from Xavier University and his J.D. degree from the Chase School of Law at Northern Kentucky University. He is admitted to the bar in Ohio; U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio; U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth District; the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Claims. He has served on the Toledo Bar Association’s Federal Court, Appeals Court, Common Pleas Court Committees and Bench Bar Committee.
He is a member of the Ohio State and Lucas County Bar Associations, a sustaining member of The American Association for Justice, and is a past trustee of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers. He has served on the Medical Malpractice Committee for the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers and lectures in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury trial and insurance law. Tom has successfully tried and argued cases before the United States Supreme Court, the Ohio Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals (6th Circuit), Ohio Courts of Appeal (6th and 3rd District) and numerous courts of general jurisdiction throughout Ohio.
